Born in Miami and raised in Lima, I grew up in a lower middle-class household where hard work was constant and time felt limited.

From an early age, I was drawn to objects of value—not just for what they were, but for what they represented.

At the same time, I became deeply aware of time, shaped by watching my parents work tirelessly, often sacrificing moments together.

After college, Corporate America didn’t feel like the right path. That shift became clear when I acquired my first timepiece—a Rolex Datejust 16013 Tapestry Dial.

Throwin’ Salt Co. was built from that moment—rooted in an appreciation for time, craftsmanship, and the pursuit of something meaningful.

At 23, I made the decision to move to America to follow my dreams and pursue a life I envisioned for myself.

Since a young age, I remember looking at a Rolex as something unattainable—a dream far beyond reach. But after finally holding one in my hand, I realized it was never just about telling time. It was a reminder.

That moment shifted everything. What started as interest quickly became obsession, leading me deeper into the world of rare and carefully curated pieces.
