I personally handle sourcing, authentication, and sales — with a focus on standout watches, transparent service, and long-term relationships. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just talking watches, you’re in good hands.

William and John Owen are co-founders of Throwin’ Salt Co., bringing sharp financial oversight and strategic sourcing to the team. They lead our accounting department, keeping track of every detail with meticulous organization and ensuring smooth operations through comprehensive reporting and spreadsheet management.

Beyond the numbers, they’re also responsible for building new relationships and sourcing standout deals — constantly scouting online auctions and private opportunities to bring rare and valuable pieces into our collection.

Their combined discipline and market instincts are key to keeping Throwin’ Salt growing and thriving.

Mateo Salmón Kaemena is the backbone of operations at Throwin’ Salt Co. — overseeing all logistics and ensuring every timepiece is photographed with precision and care. Based in Miami, he manages everything from shipping and handling to product presentation, making sure our watches look as good online as they do on the wrist.

He’s also leading the development of our upcoming jewelry division, bringing the same attention to detail and passion for quality that defines our brand.
